CONGRATULATIONS TO MRS. KENDRA CARLSON . . . for being awarded the Outstanding Elementary Teacher for the 2019-20 school year by the Nebraska Rural Community Schools Association. Mrs. Carlson represents the excellent teachers across the 213 NRSCA member schools in Nebraska. A special presentation was held at Valparaiso Elementary on March 3. We are proud of Mrs. Carlson and all of our amazing teachers at Raymond Central!
